Patient recruitment is part of Noor Dubai’s therapeutic program. The worldwide presence of Lions Clubs International makes it possible to find and identify blind and visually impaired patients in rural and urban areas throughout the developing world. This network provides Noor Dubai with a comprehensive group of patients to enroll in its therapeutic program.
